Christmas Packages we offer

Our Christmas package includes the photo booth machine, setup and installation and personal management by one of the events team. You’ll also receive props and toys for the photos such as Christmas branded templates, props, giant candy canes and ski poles. Polaroids are all printed instantly, and the digital background can be changed as you wish.

You can also purchase a photo album for guests to include photos and write messages as a little keepsake if you wish. Printing is included within the package, but there are also QR codes and text and email technologies if you’d rather have keepsakes on your phone or laptop instead.

Our quotes to hire one of the standard photo booths starts at £575 + VAT. The Christmas package is a little more expensive than the normal photo booth we offer all year around, but you get all of these extras included. What are your printing and props capabilities?

Printing is included in all of our packages. However, we encourage sustainability by providing QR codes and email and text options.

As the effects of the depletion of natural resources become clearer, sustainable practices are quickly becoming the norm. Here at Event Rhino, we use our technology to complement our sustainability efforts.

By using QR codes and email and text technology as marketing tech tools, we hope to minimise the amount of paper we unnecessarily use, and so we encourage you to use these options where possible.

Will Everyone get to use the photo booth at a big event?

We know that there’s a very real chance of queuing at bigger events and people not having the opportunity to use it. While we can’t guarantee that everyone will get to use the photo booth at a big event, we do offer a discount if you decide to use multiple booths at your event to avoid disappointment.

Every photo booth is personally installed by one of our team members, and someone is always on hand throughout the process to assist you and your guests and generally oversee the experience. We’re there to help and guide you and your guests every step of the way, so there’s no need to worry about malfunctioning and people not being able to use the photo booth because of that.

Deadline For Booking

The deadline for booking varies depending on the season and how busy we are in general. As a rule, we need as much notice as possible to ensure you’re not disappointed. We can manage last-minute bookings and we’ll always do our best to make it work, but the more notice, the better.

Yes we have a wide variety of Christmas themed props you and your guests can use which is included within the package.
